An expert witness faced a testy cross-examination in court as tried to lay out the science of the collision between Gwyneth Paltrow and another skier in 2016.
Biomechanical engineer Dr Irving Scher did not see the crash, but he testified that “Paltrow’s version is consistent with the laws of physics”.
Plaintiff Terry Sanderson’s lawyer was unconvinced.
